"I hope to serve the poor, elderly and people with disabilities, to provide what they need to improve their lives”

In 2015, George co-founded Border Mission Limited with his wife Lysa, a self-funded charity organization with a mission of providing care and help to the most vulnerable members of society in Singapore and the Himalayas.

The focal areas of Border Missions are the poor, elderly and people with disabilities through these specific initiatives:

SUPPORTING THE ELDERLY

Supporting the elderly cardboard collectors in Singapore in earning a better living through providing new trolleys and advocating fairer prices for their collections

SERVING THE DISABLED

Partnering centres that serve people with disabilities to meet their living needs and to support para-athletes in achieving their best

REACHING THE ISOLATED

Providing educational, medical, community care outreach and disaster relief in the most isolated, inaccessible, and difficult terrains at 2,500m-4,800m in the Himalayan bordering regions of North Nepal, North India, North Bhutan, North Pakistan and South Tibet
